Currently residing at a shelter in Puerto Rico, she's hoping to find a DC area foster or forever home. She dreamily envisions a life filled with fun, exploration, and learning. As part of the adoption process, remember that Casper will need to be spayed by January 27, 2027, and you’ll also take on the responsibility of completing her vaccinations.
