Norma gets along well with other small breed dogs and would thrive in a calm, slow-paced home where someone is around much of the day to shower her with love. While she can be shy when meeting new people, she warms up over time. It’s best that she'd be in a female-only home, although with patience and understanding, she can bond with men too.
