He arrived with a female companion and seven puppies after their previous owners could no longer care for them. With a medium-length black and white scruffy coat, he's approximately 37 pounds, making him a perfect medium-sized companion. Known for his gentle and sweet demeanor, Skipper gets along well with both children and other dogs, though he can be a bit shy at first. With time, love, and attention, he has the potential to thrive and become an amazing friend for an adopter willing to give him a chance.
