Meet Sparky, a charming little French Bulldog with a big heart. This spunky guy has experienced a rough start but is now ready for his forever home. After being found on the streets of South Houston in poor condition, he received the care he needed in foster care, and he's now thriving. Sparky's personality shines through in his interactions. He gets along well with dogs, cats, and children, and he loves to play with his plush toys. Sparky is kennel trained if you provide him with a routine, but he's still working on house training—he sometimes marks indoors, although he's learning and takes corrections well. Excited moments might lead him to try and hump smaller animals, but after being neutered, his foster family expects improvements as he settles. His energy level is low; he prefers short bursts of fun followed by relaxation in the A/C. This sweet, playful, and snorty little guy is ready to be someone's cherished companion.
