About Samwise

Samwise is a devoted companion who thrives on being close to his humans. This sweet, young bulldog loves to follow you around and will settle next to you on the sofa, never turning down the chance for a snack. At three years old, he's a friendly guy who adores people, and you'll find him seeking attention from everyone he meets. Samwise plays well with both children and other dogs, enjoying light play but content to just hang out with them too. He hasn’t been around cats yet, but his gentle demeanor suggests he would likely adjust well. Samwise has a unique approach to playtime: he enjoys gathering his toys and creating a little collection in his kennel. A modest sunbather, he appreciates a few minutes of sun before heading back inside. Samwise is both kennel and potty trained. As a bulldog, he does require some daily maintenance, including eye drops and cleaning of his face folds. He also has a recurring issue with interdigital cysts, which is common for his breed and has been effectively managed with cortisone cream.
