About Goober

Meet Goober! 🐾 Don’t let the name fool you—this handsome 2.5-year-old Australian Cattle Dog is brimming with intelligence and energy, ready for his next adventure! Goober arrived at H.A.L.O. after his family faced difficult changes that made it impossible to care for him. Now, he seeks an active forever family that can match his zest for life. Goober is housebroken and loves his chew toys. Like any good Cattle Dog, he thrives when engaged, so his ideal home should include walks, playtime, and activities that challenge his clever mind. A bored Goober might find ways to entertain himself, so keeping him busy is essential! He has a history of living well with other dogs and enjoys meeting new canine friends at the shelter. While he previously lived with a cat, he thinks they're much more exciting when they run. Any potential cat companions will need slow introductions and supervision to teach him some manners. With plenty of love, personality, and adventure to share, Goober is eager to show you how wonderful his next chapter can be! ❤️ Requirements: Martingale Collar. All dogs and cats are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, tested, and microchipped before adoption. The adoption fee supports these necessary services.
