She is also house trained and has a gentle, quiet demeanor. Currently residing in Boulder, CO, she is ready to find a loving home.

About Sophia

Sophia is a sweet little soul looking for her forever family. This adorable 4-year-old Italian Greyhound and Chihuahua mix weighs just 12 pounds. After being left at a New Mexico shelter, she finally found her way to a caring foster home in Colorado, where she’s starting to feel more like herself again. Sophia is incredibly gentle and affectionate. Currently, she lives with seven other dogs and gets along well with them, showing she’s ready to share her life with furry companions. While she’s a bit shy at first, she warms up quickly and loves being part of the action. Her foster notes how quiet she is—she hasn’t made a sound since arriving home, even during chaotic moments with the other dogs. Totally potty trained and crate trained, Sophia enjoys spending time cozily in her crate. Given her sensitivity to cold, she’ll come with a sweater to keep her warm. This lovely lady would thrive in a home that can provide regular exercise, stimulation, and, most importantly, lots of love.
