Roux is a large male Domestic Short Hair cat, around 2 years old, residing in Canton, GA. He weighs 12.16 lbs and is neutered with up-to-date vaccinations. Roux would thrive best in a calm environment and, while he's affectionate, he may need time to adjust to other pets and loud noises.

About Roux

Roux may be a bit sensitive, but he has a sweet side too. He can become overstimulated if there's too much noise or quick movement, leading him to hiss. The good news is that with a little patience and understanding, he usually moves on rather quickly. Because of this, he would do best in a home with an experienced cat owner and no small children or dogs. He has shown some cautious behavior around other cats, giving small hisses rather than aggressive reactions. This suggests he might be fine with a slow introduction to other kitties, so patience will be key there as well. If you’re interested in giving Roux a home, be sure to bring your human family members along when you visit.
