About Lana

Lana came to us as a little stray, and we can't help but wonder how anyone could let this sweetheart get away. She absolutely loves people and is always thrilled to see you, radiating affection and joy. In her foster home, she was initially unsure about her foster brothers, especially the larger one. However, she has made great progress! Lana has become quite fond of her smaller foster brother, often following him around. While she might occasionally growl at her bigger brother when he gets too close, she also tries to engage him in play at times. Lana is proving to be a lovely houseguest. She's nearly potty trained with just the odd accident and can be trusted when left alone. At night, she happily heads into her crate for a good night's sleep after a treat. But if invited, she'll gladly snuggle up in bed with you! She enjoys car rides and is excited about exploring the neighborhood on walks. Although she’s still working on her leash manners and can pull when she spots another dog, she's making progress. Ultimately, Lana is a sweet girl longing for love and a forever family. She's ready to become the cherished companion she was always meant to be.
