Meet Roscoe CL, a sweet boy with a big heart who was left behind with his brother when their previous owner abandoned them. Luckily, a caring neighbor found and nurtured them. Roscoe gets along wonderfully with dogs, cats, children, and adults alike! He is crate trained, house trained, and leash trained, though he’s still learning some manners and can be a bit mouthy or jumpy at times. Roscoe dreams of a cozy home where he can feel safe and receive plenty of cuddles. While it'd be ideal for him to be adopted with his brother Bluey, it's not a requirement for a perfect match.
