About Trinity
Meet Trinity! The first thing you'll notice about Trinity is that she’s a tripod. This lovely girl is missing her back right leg, amputated due to a severe fracture. While we may never know how she got injured, Trinity hasn’t let it hold her back. Just 24 hours post-surgery, she was already moving around, eager to return to her life. Estimated to be between 1 and 2 years old, she has a wonderfully easygoing nature. Though initially a bit shy with new people, her sweet personality quickly shines through. Once she feels comfortable, she makes a loving companion. Trinity enjoys playing with other dogs, but she would do best with friends who are respectful and not overly energetic, as having three legs can sometimes make her unsteady. She’s also indifferent towards cats, having met a few at the shelter without any fuss. Additionally, she is crate trained and house trained, walks well on a leash, and has a low energy level for a young dog. Trinity embodies resilience; she doesn't see herself as disabled—instead, she's a happy dog with a full heart, looking for a family who appreciates her spirit. With her gentle heart and determination, Trinity is ready to hop her way into your home and into your heart. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
