About Grayson

Meet Grayson! He came to Heartland with five others from a partner rescue in Chicago. Initially, he may not rush to the front of the cage, but don't let that fool you; he’s an observant soul. Once he feels comfortable, he’ll reveal his affectionate side. Grayson forms strong bonds with his people and thrives in a calm environment with gentle interactions. He’s looking for a patient adopter who knows good things—like the gentle purr of a shy cat—are worth the wait. Grayson is neutered and up-to-date with all vaccinations. Although he was previously exposed to a cat with Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV), he has tested negative himself and we recommend follow-up testing at no cost to you after 60 days post-exposure. He is currently in a lovely foster home, ready for you to meet him. Ready to welcome this sweet boy into your life? Contact cats@heartlandanimalshelter.org to set up a visit!
