About Tagalong

Tagalong is a 51-pound handsome shepherd mix with a gentle demeanor and a surprisingly polite approach to life. At just a year old, he is sweet, social, and prefers to make a good impression rather than draw attention to himself. He arrived in rescue with his friends Twila and Crescent, yet Tagalong possesses a distinct personality. Friendly and affectionate, he enjoys the company of those he trusts. While he works on building his confidence, he thrives around people who allow him to set the pace. True to his name, Tagalong is eager to accompany you on adventures, errands, walks, or simply relaxing at home. He’s not out to be the center of attention but rather seeks to be involved in the moment. Tagalong is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines, having tested negative for heartworm on his 4DX test. He’s ready for a loving family who can help him gain confidence and show him how wonderful life can be. Would you like to meet him? Please fill out an application at azhartt.org/adopt.
