About Daisy

Daisy is a lovely, red Standard Poodle who is finally experiencing what it means to be a happy dog. For the first four to five years of her life, she endured a very different reality, one where she lived outside in a pen and was bred repeatedly. Despite this challenging past, she retains a gentle and loving spirit, eager for kindness and attention. Having started to socialize with other dogs, Daisy may need a bit of time to trust that her new life is a permanent change. With patience and proper introductions, we believe she will make new friends. House training will be her biggest hurdle, as she’s never had the opportunity to live indoors, but her intelligence as a Poodle means she’s likely to learn quickly with consistency and encouragement. Most importantly, she is now spayed and ready to embark on a life full of love and companionship rather than simply producing litters.
