About Rusty

Meet Rusty, a sweet and goofy 2-year-old Lab mix. His charm comes in the form of playful antics and a love for belly rubs. Rusty is affectionate and aims to brighten your day with his laughter, always ready to shower you with kisses. He can be selective with his dog friends, so a meet-and-greet is a wise step before adopting. Rusty tested positive for heartworms, but don’t worry—his entire treatment is funded by the shelter's medical program. He will thrive in a calm home where he can have crate rest and limited activity while he recovers. Rusty also requires neutering prior to adoption.
