About Benny

Meet Benny, a handsome, long-legged fellow with a big heart and an even bigger story. His journey has been one of survival and second chances, showing him just how wonderful indoor life can be. Benny came from a colony of over 40 cats, where he lived on the streets with a significant wound on his leg. After getting trapped for medical care, he was delayed in returning due to an infection that could have been life-threatening if released too soon. While healing, Benny revealed a sweet, trusting nature that proved he wasn’t truly feral. Now, after receiving plenty of TLC, Benny is ready to find his forever home. He has thrived in foster care, discovering how lovely it is to be a pampered indoor cat. He enjoys a cozy spot to sleep, a full food bowl, and, most importantly, love from his human companions. Benny would do best in a quiet home, as he has become accustomed to a peaceful environment. He interacts wonderfully with other cats and welcomes their companionship, despite being FIV positive. This condition means his immune system is a bit more vulnerable, but it doesn’t hinder his joy. When he seeks affection, he’ll happily stretch out beside you, and if he’s particularly content, you might see him drool—one of his endearing quirks! Though he has a habit of giving gentle love bites, he’s always responsive to redirection. Benny has never harmed his foster family, and they've learned how to communicate with him effectively. After everything he has endured, this sweet boy deserves a loving home where he can feel relaxed and cherished. Could you be the one to give Benny the loving home he has been waiting for?
