Toby and his nine siblings were born into the Mostly Mutts family after their mother was rescued while pregnant. They've been thriving in loving foster homes, and it's now Toby's turn to blossom in his own space. Toby gets along great with other cats, so he might enjoy a feline friend in his new household. While he hasn't been around dogs, he's excited to meet gentle children, especially if they know how to handle a playful kitten. His foster describes him as 'our little artist' for his adorable back-rolling antics. He's playful, sweet, and has a bit of an independent spirit; sometimes, he’ll sneak away and take a nap while the others are still active.
