About Luca

Luca, a wise and chill husky, found himself lost on the streets of California before being taken to a high-kill shelter. Despite his calm demeanor and friendly nature with other dogs, Luca struggled in the shelter environment and even caught an upper respiratory infection, putting him in a tough spot for weeks. Thankfully, The Soulful Dog Rescue stepped in to save him from euthanasia on August 27th, bringing him to us for adoption. At just over two years old, this handsome boy is eager to embrace life outside. He thrives on human interaction and seems to intuitively understand what his people want. Luca is house trained and gets along well with other dogs, making him an excellent companion.
