Meet Super Secret Agent Minnow. He’s on a mission. We’re not quite sure what that mission is, but he manages it well despite being a dog without thumbs. Clearly, this little Chihuahua has some undiscovered talents. Minnow is seeking a foster home to escape the confines of boarding. While he enjoys the company there, he yearns for a person or people to bond with. He’s treat motivated, friendly with other dogs, and gradually growing in confidence every day. Although still a bit skittish, he’s making noticeable progress. This little guy loves cozy laps and sofas, and he’s just beginning to take an interest in toys.
