About Shylah

Meet Shylah! ❤️ Shylah is a 4-year-old red Shar Pei ready to find her forever home. She arrived at DHS with her sister, Ava, after a change in their owner's housing situation. Initially a bit shy, once Shylah feels comfortable, her sweet and playful personality truly shines. Just mention going outside for a walk, and she’ll get excited, pawing at you eagerly to say, "Let’s go!" 🐾 Having lived with other dogs, Shylah is friendly with canine companions and would thrive in a home without cats. She's both house-trained and kennel-trained, and prefers being kenneled when her people are away. Shylah is curious and loves to explore, so keep her on a leash during outings unless she’s in a securely fenced area. After her daily adventures, she enjoys curling up in bed with her favorite person, making her a perfect cuddle buddy. If you’re looking for a loving and affectionate pup who enjoys walks, exploring, and plenty of snuggles, Shylah could be the one for you! ❤️🐾 What are you waiting for? Apply today!
