Meet Spencer, a loving 4-year-old Husky who has a heart full of affection despite a challenging past. Surrendered from a neglectful situation, Spencer loves everyone he meets, whether it's people or other animals. He walks well on a leash and performs beautifully in public settings. Due to health issues stemming from his previous life, Spencer requires a special low phosphorus diet as he navigates some kidney problems. This has delayed his neutering, and he's struggling with occasional indoor accidents. He needs a caring environment, preferably one with a yard, as he cannot be crated due to past experiences. Spencer is eligible for the Forever Foster Program, which means you would be responsible for his daily needs while preapproved medical expenses would be covered by the rescue for life.
