About Lucas

Lucas has spent his entire life in the Prison Paws and Stripes Program, which is hard to believe. At just over a year old, he’s witnessed countless dogs come and go, yet he’s remained without a true forever home. It’s time to change that. This sweet boy is good with kids, adults, other dogs, and even cats. Lucas is house trained and knows several commands like sit and down. He’s neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on all vaccinations, heartworm prevention, and flea medication. Despite being a well-rounded pup, he’s been overlooked for far too long. Serious adopters are encouraged to reach out and help Lucas find the loving home he truly deserves. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
