About Onyx

Meet Onyx. Onyx is an adorable black kitten with bright green eyes, full of charm and mischief. He was part of a litter of six found hiding under a barbecue grill cover, and like many young ones, he was pretty scared of people when rescued. With patience in foster care, Onyx has come out of his shell, embracing the joys of human affection and the warmth of indoor living. Fun-loving and energetic, Onyx enjoys the classic kitten antics of chasing, pouncing, and wrestling with his siblings. His go-to toy is a fishing-pole toy that he just can't resist. And when it's time to wind down, you’ll find him nestled with his siblings in a cozy cuddle pile. Onyx is ready for pre-adoption ahead of his neuter scheduled for October 15th. He would thrive alongside one of his siblings, sharing playful moments and cuddles as he grows. If you’re searching for a playful companion who loves to snuggle, Onyx is excited to meet you! All cats adopted through Rescue Connect come spayed/neutered, microchipped, and with up-to-date vaccinations. Your new best friend is just one click away.
