About Esperanza
Esperanza is a 4- to 5-year-old sweet, former momma dog ready for a new chapter after facing significant changes in her young life. Once loved by her family, she found herself at a Houston-area shelter due to circumstances beyond their control. Itβs time for her to find the family, couch, and all the love she deserves. Though she may be a bit shy at first, a little patience will reveal her wonderful personality. Esperanza thrives on love and affection, and once comfortable, she turns into a delightful companion. She's excellent with other dogs, gets along well with cats, and adores children in her foster home. Expect a warm welcome with a joyously wiggling body that will have you smiling. Esperanza sports an adorable cleft lip that adds to her unique charm, perfectly showcasing her little snaggle tooth. She enjoys receiving attention, playing with her foster siblings, and even cooling off with ice cubes in the nearest mud puddle β the ambiance doesnβt bother her a bit! Spayed, fully vaccinated, and heartworm negative, Esperanza is ready to leave the momma-dog chapter behind and be treated as someone's beloved pet. This gentle and silly girl deserves a family who will cherish her for the rest of her life. Donβt miss out on the chance to bring this affectionate lady into your home. Every animal deserves a happy ending; this one starts with you.
