Meet Maya! This charming brindle girl arrived at the shelter as a lost pup on September 16th, but sadly, no one has come to reclaim her. Volunteers describe Maya as everything you could hope for in a young dog: friendly, curious, playful, and eager to please. She maintains calm and good manners in her kennel, but once outside, she's all about fun and adventure. Maya knows how to sit nicely when asked, showcasing her eager-to-please nature. Now, she's ready to leave the shelter behind and find a loving family of her own. At around 7 months old and weighing approximately 23 lbs, Maya will likely grow to be a medium-sized dog. She's up to date on her vaccinations and has tested negative for heartworms. Upon adoption, she will be spayed and microchipped.
