About Harper
Harper is a lovely 3-year-old calico with a soft, patchwork coat that reflects her gentle nature. She was found spending time in a backyard, likely after being abandoned or lost from a previous home. Despite being spayed, she didn't have a microchip, and sadly, no one came to claim her. A homeowner, unable to keep her due to allergies, brought her to the county shelter, where she’s now looking for a loving home. When Harper first arrived at her foster home, the changes were a bit overwhelming. She spent her initial days tucked away, eating very little. Luckily, her foster discovered that she has a fondness for wet food with gravy, which helped her regain her appetite. Now, she’s eating well and using the litter box perfectly. While Harper remains a bit nervous after her time outdoors, she's starting to trust again. She enjoys lounging by sunny windows, observing the world, and she's even beginning to accept gentle pets.
