He’s currently in Troy, AL at the Troy Animal Rescue Project. To adopt him, you’ll fill out an application online or in-store. Please note, adoptions can’t happen on the same day, as there are vet references and home visits to consider. Ensure you have a valid vet reference if you've had pets before, or a personal reference otherwise. Appointments are required to meet Jasper and can be arranged on weekdays or weekends after 5 PM.
