This charming guy, a mix of English Bulldog and American Bully, barely escaped a tragic fate, and now he's ready to embrace life as a true house dog. Memphis is a stocky fella with a heart full of love. He gets along famously with both dogs and cats, and he adores people. Despite his bowling ball shape, he surprises everyone with his speed and joy in running and playing. He’s learning the ropes of indoor living—like couches and dog doors—but sometimes forgets that not everything is a chew toy. Having faced neglect in his past, Memphis is still overcoming fears—loud noises and big barking dogs make him uneasy. He needs a gentle and patient owner who can show him that he is safe now. Though he’s on the path to recovery after heartworm treatment and has plans for neuter and eye repair surgery, Memphis is ready to find a loving family willing to spoil him.
