About Winifred
Meet Winifred! This young Siberian Husky is on a journey to find her forever home after being rescued from rural South Texas. One of three sisters, she has patiently waited for over a year while her siblings moved on to new families. Winifred may be shy at first, but she warms up with time. Once she feels comfortable, she loves snuggling close, especially during the night, though she tends to scurry away in the morning. She enjoys being petted and thrives with a patient family who can show her the joys of life. Food doesn't concern her like it used to, although she has a tendency to munch on others' meals if left unattended. Winifred is good with other dogs and would be a delightful companion for adults or even children. Her low energy means she appreciates a calm, loving environment where she can truly flourish. If you think you can help Winifred discover the joys of life, please apply for her adoption today! Adoption fee is $350, which includes transport to the Midwest, Northeast, or Southeast.
