Misty is a sweet, smart little girl who's learning quickly and showing remarkable progress! She's already mastered commands like sit and touch/come, and is currently honing her down and leash manners. Crate training has been successful, and her potty training is going well. After a rough start, Misty had some health challenges and was quite timid when she first came to rescue. Thankfully, with care and attention, she's transformed into a more outgoing and confident puppy who holds her own with other dogs. She gets along wonderfully with her foster brother, Gus, a friendly 3-year-old black Lab, which has really boosted her confidence. While she may take a moment to warm up to new people, once she feels secure, her affectionate nature shines through. Misty loves to cuddle, and her happiest moments are spent snuggled up close to her people. She’s great with kids and other dogs, just needing a little time to adjust.
