Estimated to be around 7 or 8 years old, Jolene blends sass with a gentle nature. She often snorts and has her own opinions about things, especially when it comes to her space. She gets along with dogs that respect her boundaries but prefers slow introductions. If another dog approaches too closely, she will assert herself and prefers to have some room to breathe. Currently, Jolene's main focus is to regain strength. She is heartworm negative and has received treatment for an ear infection, making her a happy little survivor. This spirited girl is learning that food is plentiful and that she has cozy places to call her own. With patience and love, Jolene will thrive in a home where she can continue to heal and enjoy her golden years as the little lady she believes herself to be.
