Cyrus is a charming little Shih Tzu who found his way to rescue after being spotted running down a busy street. He was thought to be living in a nearby homeless encampment, and when he arrived, he was dirty and matted but has since cleaned up nicely. At just about 10 months old and weighing 10 pounds, Cyrus is a playful, happy boy who thrives in the yard and enjoys his time outdoors. He gets along well with the other dogs in his foster home. Despite a previous adoption that didn't work out due to some resource guarding with a resident dog, Cyrus has a lot of affection to give. He's well-behaved, coming when called—though he might be too busy having fun outside to respond right away. Cyrus is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccinations. He was recently groomed and did great at the groomer's. With a personality as sweet as his appearance, someone is bound to be lucky to adopt this amazing pup!
