She faced a horrific accident, losing her front left paw and experiencing severe damage to her back leg while carrying for her newborn kittens. Against the odds, she nurtured her five babies through a tough recovery, which included surgery to remove her severely injured back leg. Now, she’s ready for a calm home where she can thrive. Ideally, Annabelle would do best in an adult-only environment with a gentle, patient caretaker. Although she was likely semi-feral when found, she's come a long way. Annabelle enjoys head pets and requires a careful, predictable approach. She is currently adjusted to her living area, which allows her easy access to her litter box and food. A cozy spot is essential for her due to her special needs, as she'll need room to balance on her remaining legs. Annabelle would appreciate a window view to watch the world go by. She is cat-friendly as long as her companion isn’t overly dominant. Annabelle truly has a nurturing spirit, having taken care of multiple litters of kittens and enjoying grooming them.
