Charlie’s Story Meet Charlie! Charlie is an adorable 4-month-old Rottweiler/Shepherd mix weighing about 23 pounds. Charlie is the last of our four puppies who were dumped and left to fend for themselves. He’s still learning that he’s safe now and that the people around him are here to take care of him. Charlie is a sweet, smart boy who loves attention and enjoys playing with toys. He’s curious, playful, and ready to learn all the things that come along with growing into a great family dog. What happened before he came to us doesn't have to define his life. Charlie is still just a baby with SO much ahead of him—now he just needs someone who will make sure he never gets left behind again. Charlie is located in Gainesville, TX, but we offer transportation services all over the U.S. Out-of-state adopters are welcome to schedule a FaceTime meet-and-greet with him before adoption. If you’d like to learn more about Charlie, call us anytime at 940-665-9800. We are open 11 AM–5 PM, closed Thursday and Sunday.
