Though she's still working on potty training and basic puppy manners, her eagerness to learn shines through. With one blue eye and one brown eye, those impressive ears, and a tongue that nearly spills out, Julia is truly hard to resist! Julia is available through our Foster to Adopt Program for local adopters in the Kansas City area. She will come with age-appropriate vaccinations, is microchipped, and is up to date on heartworm prevention. Her future adopters should plan for her already scheduled vet appointments.
