RJ has a unique talent: he can sleep upside-down with all three paws in the air, blissfully unaware of the world around him. Born around August 2023, he's a spirited little tripod who runs surprisingly fast, loves squeaky toys, and enjoys chewing on bones. Despite his playful energy, RJ is a laid-back companion who thrives in a calm environment. He loves curling up under chairs or tables where he feels secure. To truly flourish, RJ would be happiest as the only pet in a quiet home. He lost his right hind leg after an accident, but that doesn’t slow him down; he can manage a few steps but would prefer a place without many stairs. He does well in an exercise pen and sleeps soundly in his crate. Though he occasionally needs a belly band for urinary leaks when he gets excited, he has perfect bowel control. RJ has been vetted, microchipped, and is up-to-date with all vaccinations. Though his checklist may look extensive, in reality, he’s just a straightforward, lovable dog looking for naps, toys, and affection. His heart is huge, and he’s ready to fill a new home with love.
