Meet Bailey, an affectionate and playful girl who’s around two years old and weighs about 12 pounds. She has moderate energy, always ready for a fun play session but just as content to cuddle up afterward. A true shadow, Bailey loves to follow her humans, showering them with kisses and soaking up any belly rubs she can get. Bailey is both cautious and curious; she takes her time getting to know new things, warming up gradually. Although she can be shy at first when meeting new people, her friendly nature shines through quickly. She’s easygoing around other dogs and curious about her surroundings. She’s great on a leash, staying close without pulling, and is crate trained. Bailey is making progress with her potty training and has recently learned her first command, "sit!" Her all-time favorite toy is her Lamb Chop stuffed animal. Ideally, Bailey would thrive in a home where she can have constant companionship, whether working from home or going to the office with her human. With her curious and loyal personality, she’s sure to grow even more confident in a loving environment. Bailey had a tough start, having tested positive for Heartworm, but she received treatment in Texas before making her way north. What her foster says about her: "I'm obsessed with her!
