About Dodger

Meet Dodger, a lively pup full of energy at just one year old. Coming to AWL as a stray, he resembles his buddy Rodger in looks and temperament, though each has their own unique personality. Dodger loves playing with kids and has had some delightful interactions with children from the staff. He enjoys playtime with other dogs, but he can be a bit dominant and vocal, so some dogs might not appreciate his enthusiasm. A meet and greet will help ensure that personalities align well. Interestingly, Dodger gets along wonderfully with cats; he hardly noticed them during his test, focused instead on the fun. He adores squeaky toys and has a special love for frozen peanut butter Kongs in the evenings. Dodger would thrive in a home ready to teach him some basic manners and provide plenty of outlets for his energy. Come meet Dodger and see if he could be your perfect companion!
