Meet Nyla, the dog who just wants to be someone’s everything. Some dogs come into rescue after being abandoned or found on the streets, but Nyla’s story is different. She was loved, and when her owner faced a significant life change, the difficult decision was made to seek help for her. When Nyla needed us, we were there for her. Nyla is an eye-catching mix, with her stunning icy gray and white coat, and she’s about 2 and a half years old. While she may be a combination of Labrador Retriever, Pit Bull Terrier, and maybe even some Greyhound, it’s her sweet and loyal nature that truly shines. She wants to be close to her person and be part of everything happening around her. You’ll feel like you’ve always known her. This affectionate girl is great with small children and absolutely adores cats. She loves her toys and has an enthusiastic spirit for fetch. Fun fact: Nyla can swim! Whether going for walks, running errands, or enjoying a road trip, she’s a wonderful companion who excels on a leash and in the car. Nyla does prefer to be the only dog in her home; she hasn’t had the socialization experiences with other dogs and isn’t comfortable sharing her space. However, what she truly needs is a person who will give her all their love and attention. She’s been through changes in her life, and this time she deserves a stable and loving forever home where she can thrive.
