About Pygmy

Meet Pygmy! Pygmy is an adorable young pup, about 18 months old and weighing just 22 pounds. Sometimes thought to be a mix of French Bulldog, this little guy embodies cuteness and charm. His adventure started at a local concrete plant, where kind workers found him and feared for his safety. While tacos were a delightful treat there, Pygmy now thrives in a foster home, showcasing his lovely personality. He’s house trained, crate trained, and can handle being left alone without issue—no separation anxiety here! Pygmy enjoys chewing, so having plenty of toys and chewable items will keep him content. He gets along well with other dogs and would be happy in a home with furry siblings. With cats, though he hasn’t met any yet, he could likely adjust with the right introductions. Currently, Pygmy is a bit more comfortable around women, but with time and patience, he’s expected to build confidence around men. This sweet boy loves to cuddle and seeks out cozy spots wherever he can find them. A home with older, respectful children would suit him best, as he hasn't been around kids before. Pygmy adores toys, especially balls, and he is learning to walk nicely on a leash, making him the perfect companion for adventures. After a day of fun, he’ll happily curl up beside you for some well-deserved rest. Neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations, Pygmy is ready for a loving forever home. If you believe you could provide a warm and playful space for this charming pup, reach out for application instructions.
