Meet Carter, your future cuddle buddy and food critic! This fun-loving, 12-week-old Havanese/Yorkie mix is ready to charm and entertain. Carter isn’t at this location yet, as he’s currently in Houston, TX. He weighs about 8 pounds now, but he’ll grow to a perfect, lap-friendly size of around 16 pounds. With his silky medium coat, adorable partial blue eyes, and an energetic personality, he’s just the pup you didn’t know you needed. An outgoing little guy, Carter is the first to the food bowl—no doubt a reflection of his spirited nature. He loves toys and snuggles and is learning how to become fully house trained. He gets along great with adult dogs and could potentially find a cat to bond with as well. Although he’s still brushing up on his potty skills, he’s making excellent progress with potty pads. Carter would thrive in a home with older, respectful children, as he’s small and could be easily hurt by little ones who don’t grasp the need for gentle handling. Expect lots of playful antics and cuddly moments. Whether he’s composing symphonies with squeaky toys or having adorable dreams, Carter is sure to keep you entertained. He has so much love to give and is waiting for a dog-loving family! Carter will be microchipped and has age-appropriate vaccinations.
