About Hazel
Meet Hazel! This young Lab/Bull Terrier mix, around 7 to 8 months old, is expected to weigh between 50 and 60 pounds when fully grown. Hazel had a rough start; she was found in a dire state, severely emaciated and only weighing 7 pounds. Despite being given a 50% chance of survival, this resilient pup has beaten the odds. Initially adopted in Vermont, Hazel is back in search of a new forever home as her family believes she would thrive better in a different environment, especially given that their older dog isn't adjusting well to her playful spirit. Hazel is a sweet and loving companion, full of energy and affection. She enjoys playing with other dogs and gets along wonderfully with people and children. After all she's been through, Hazel deserves a stable and loving home where she can stay forever. Currently in Brownsville, TX, we're focused on finding her a local family who can provide her with the loving life she deserves. Your new best friend is just one click away.
