This little guy loves to burrow into blankets, dig in the dirt, and gnaw on his toys. He will join in for a game of tug, but generally likes to keep his toys to himself. Walks are manageable with a leash, although he occasionally decides it's time for a break or a change of scenery. Luckily, being a Dachshund makes him easy to redirect. While he seems to be potty trained, Chief benefits from frequent bathroom breaks due to his small size. He's determined to source snacks, sometimes jumping up on chairs to get closer to tempting treats, showcasing his ‘small but mighty’ personality. Ideally, a fenced yard would suit him perfectly—a place to dig and chase after critters or toys. He knows how to sit on command but is still learning other tricks.
