Altered and vaccinated, she gets along well with cats and other dogs, but does not do well with children. This small dog is looking for a forever home where she can continue to thrive.
About Magnolia
Magnolia came to us in a challenging situation, bringing along six newborn puppies. She was incredibly protective, scared, and overwhelmed, leading to some fearful responses. Realizing she needed more care than a typical foster home could provide, we sent her to Bark K9 Rehabilitation LLC. Magnolia has made remarkable strides since starting her rehabilitation. Initially, she would only stay on the balcony, afraid to venture downstairs. Now, she confidently navigates stairs and chooses to interact with the other dogs. She's begun playing, exploring her surroundings, and seeking affection from her favorite humans. These milestones may seem small, but they are monumental for Magnolia. She has transitioned from being a watcher to an active participant in the world around her. Although she is still sensitive and will require a patient adopter to help her continue to build trust, she’s blossoming into a sweet, affectionate, and curious dog who enjoys the company of others. Magnolia deserves an adopter who can appreciate her journey and provide the guidance she needs. She is also great with other dogs and even gets along with cats, but she does not do well with children. Anyone interested in adopting her will also benefit from complimentary in-home training support to ensure her successful transition.
