Sprig is a sweet Beagle around 10 years old who joined us in mid-September after spending most of her life outdoors as a hunting dog. With a personality as warm as her tricolor coat, she’s eager to soak up all the love that comes her way. Despite being diagnosed with early stages of heart failure—leading her to be labeled as special needs—she still has quite a bit of life left in her. An adopter who can give her consistency with potty breaks and outdoor time will be perfect, as she’s still getting used to indoor living. So far, she’s thriving! Sprig gets along well with other dogs and has shown she can be fine with cats too. Her gentle and affectionate nature makes her a wonderful companion.
