Brownie II is a delightful 1-year-old Shepherd mix weighing around 40 pounds. She came to the shelter as part of a court case, and while we don't know much about her past, what matters now is that she is safe and ready to embrace a new beginning. Brownie has a sweet disposition and a friendly nature, making her a wonderful companion. She enjoys meeting new people and other dogs and has a laid-back demeanor that helps her handle new experiences well. Her personality is developing nicely, and it’s clear she's on her way to becoming a cherished family member. As she gets acclimated to her new home, she will benefit from continued training. Brownie is currently part of the Paws in Prison program, where she receives basic obedience training focused on the AKC Canine Good Citizen standards. She will graduate from this program on November 14, 2026. Brownie will thrive best in a home where she can spend quality time with her family indoors.
