About Blackie
Meet Blackie, a lively 1.5-year-old, 50-pound short-hair pitti-lab mix. Living in an apartment since puppyhood, he’s well-mannered and has been adored and cared for throughout his life. Blackie thrives on social interaction, and while he loves playing with other dogs, he’s learning the art of gentle greetings. Blackie enjoys his daily walks—about an hour on a leash—and he loves to zoom around in a yard with a furry sibling by his side. He also cherishes soft toys, though they often don’t last long in his playful paws. This eager pup is excited when you come home, demonstrating his playful nature with jumps of joy. Currently, Blackie uses a potty pad but has access to the whole apartment. He knows some commands like “paw,” “shake,” and “sit.” He's healthy and will soon be neutered and fully vaccinated. His new family should be committed to continuing his manners training. Please consider bringing this lovable guy into your life for a forever home. Blackie deserves a family that will give him plenty of playtime and companionship. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
