About Varsity
Varsity is a 15-pound terrier mix with a scruffy face and an endearing, sweet personality. At just 2.5 years old, he's a social little guy who thrives on human companionship. He’s all about snuggles and seems to believe that if cuddling were a sport, he’d take home the gold. Originally rescued alongside his brother Letterman, Varsity’s got plenty of charm to steal the spotlight on his own. He’s friendly, affectionate, and is especially eager for warm hugs. While he’s perfecting the art of leash-walking, he’s ready for a family who can patiently guide him as he learns the ropes—these walks will soon be among his favorite activities. He’s been neutered, microchipped, and is up to date on his vaccinations, including a negative heartworm test. If you’re looking for a compact companion with a scruffy appearance and a big heart, Varsity is your guy. To adopt, please fill out our application at azhartt.org/adopt.
