About Ziggy

Meet Ziggy, a spirited little guy who came to us from the Guilford County Animal Shelter after a difficult rescue in May 2026. He was found among 15 other dogs in a parked RV, enduring unspeakable conditions that left him with a broken jaw, which healed misaligned but adds to his unique charm. At just 8 pounds, this 8-year-old Yorkshire Terrier radiates joy. Ziggy is a true delight, always wagging his tail and eager for affection, food, and belly rubs. Ziggy thrives on companionship and does get anxious when left alone, but calms down quickly once he finds his special person. He is crate trained and appears to be housetrained too. Also neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped, he's ready to find his forever home. Ziggy gets along well with both dogs and children.
