Meet Cosmo, a young male Terrier mix weighing 64 lbs. His journey to us was a difficult one; after being adopted from another shelter, he ended up here as a stray. We were relieved to trace his microchip back to his owner, but heartbreakingly, they chose to move on and replace him instead of welcoming him back. Despite this, Cosmo has kept his sweet, loving nature. He walks beautifully on a leash and loves to play, making him a joy to be around. Cosmo is great with kids and enjoys the company of other dogs, showcasing his friendly disposition. However, he’s not suited for homes with chickens, so no feathered roommates for our boy. He deserves to be treated as the first choice and valued companion he is. If you’re ready for a loyal friend with a big personality, Cosmo is waiting for you. Help him find the loving home he deserves.
